On October 12, 2026, the KOFIH Uzbekistan Office conducted a training session on Project Processes, Knowledge Management, and AI Tools to enhance team efficiency, promote knowledge sharing and ensure continuity in project implementation.
The training covered five key areas: understanding project processes, building a shared knowledge base, using AI tools effectively, ensuring safe AI practices and facilitating smooth project handovers.
Through this initiative, KOFIH Uzbekistan Office aims to foster a more efficient, collaborative and resilient team by preserving institutional knowledge, strengthening internal processes and ensuring the smooth continuation of projects.
