The next Training of Trainers (TOT) program was successfully completed at the Simulation Training Center of the Nurafshan Branch of the Republican Ambulance Center from October 5-10, 2026.
The training was conducted under the framework of the “Strengthening the Capacity of Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical Service in the Republic of Uzbekistan” – 2nd Phase (2024–2027) Project. Doctors from 6 project target regions participated in the program: Karakalpakstan, Surkhandarya, Fergana, Andijan, Namangan, Tashkent Region.
The goal of the TOT program was to prepare local instructors who can provide standardized training for ambulance personnel in their respective regions, contributing to stronger and more effective pre-hospital emergency medical services across Uzbekistan. The training covered essential emergency care competencies, including: BLS – Basic Life Support, BTLS – Basic Trauma Life Support, ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, ATLS – Advanced Trauma Life Support, Emergency Delivery and NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
By equipping local healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to train others, the program supports a sustainable “Train-the-Trainer” model, helping expand high-quality emergency care capacity across the regions.
